Shipping Policy

Here are some answers to frequently asked questions.

 

When will my order ship?

All orders typically ship in 4-5 business days (Mon-Fri) due to the time needed for the printing process. All items are hand-printed in our own shop, with your choice of style, size, and color to complement your favorite designs.


To review your order status, log in to your 4th Quarter account or check your shipping email for tracking. If you have any further questions or concerns, please let us know and we will do everything we can to help you with your order.

Can I track my order? 

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Tracking links take 1 to 2 business days to update in our shipping partner’s system, so give it some time to process.

If for any reason you have not received your shipping confirmation email and your order date is past 5 business days, please email us at info@4thquarter.net.

Who pays international import taxes? 

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on receipt of the package in the destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. Unfortunately 4th Quarter has no control over these charges. Customs determine these charges and 4th Quarter  has no way of knowing what these charges may be. 4th Quarter is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or the chosen package delivery service.

Processing time
All garments are custom printed which takes 4-5 business days.

United States: 5-7 business days
Europe: 10-16 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 14-21 business days
Asia Pacific: 14-21 business days
Latin America and the Caribbean: 14-21 business days
we'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. 4th Quarter is not responsible for delays due to customs.
